Who we are
K&R Estates is owned and operated by us — Kateland and Richard, a husband-and-wife team with a passion for quality living. I (Kateland) grew up right here in St. Marys and graduated from SMMHS. After spending years living in New York City and Baltimore, I experienced the true meaning of luxury apartment living — and knew I wanted to bring that same standard back home. I don’t feel right having someone live in a house I wouldn’t live in myself — and trust me, I have pretty high standards. While we’re still growing, we’re committed to offering beautiful, high-end rentals right here in our hometown. Keep an eye out — this is just the beginning.
