• Debt-to-Income Ratio (DTI): We will review your DTI and cannot consider applications with a DTI over 50%.

• Bankruptcies: Not an automatic disqualifier.

• Evictions: Any past evictions will disqualify your application.

• Medical Debt: Not a disqualifying factor.

• Pets: Considered on a case-by-case basis.

This preliminary application does not include a background check. If your preliminary application is approved, you’ll be invited to submit your final application through our property management software, RentRedi.

The final application costs $49.99 per adult applicant and includes a background check and a soft credit pull. As long as your preliminary application is accurate, there should be no issues with the final step.
